Question 1

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Images and text cost 1 credit, audio 2 credits, and video 1 credit per started 2 seconds, so a 10-second clip is 5 credits. Packs start at 50 credits for $4.99 and go down to $0.04 per credit. New accounts get 5 free credits with no card.

Question 2

Will the cleaned file look or sound different?

Accepted Answer

Images look the same to the eye, and the comparison on our home page is real output. Wide-gamut colours are converted to sRGB, which can shift them slightly. Text keeps every visible word. Audio is filtered above 16 kHz, which you may notice on bright music.

Question 3

What happens to my files?

Accepted Answer

They're processed on our server and may use temporary storage while the job runs. The clean copy is deleted after 24 hours, or sooner if you delete the job. We don't train on your files.

Question 4

How fast is it?

Accepted Answer

Most images come back in about a second. Text is near instant. Video and audio take roughly as long as the clip.

Question 5

Can I use it from my own pipeline?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send each file to the API from your code, or use our Python and TypeScript SDKs, the n8n workflow, or the MCP server for Claude. The docs have copy-paste examples.

Question 6

Am I charged if a job fails?

Accepted Answer

No. If a job fails on our side, its credits go back to your balance automatically. Files we can't accept are never charged.

Question 7

Do credits expire? Is there a subscription?

Accepted Answer

There's no subscription, and credits never expire. Buy a pack when you need one; packs add up.

Question 8

Will it remove every watermark?

Accepted Answer

No tool can promise that. Watermarking methods differ, and some are built to survive edits. Every job comes with a report of what was changed.

Question 9

What am I allowed to use it on?

Accepted Answer

Content you own or are authorised to modify. Don't use outputs to hide where content came from when a law or platform policy requires disclosure. The Acceptable Use Policy has the details.

Question 10

Are payments real?

Accepted Answer

Not in this build. Checkout runs in test mode: no card is charged, and credits are still added so you can try the whole flow.
